Operations Manager
to join our multi-cultural global team based in Europe, central Asia and the Pacific with a dynamic culture based on a sense of family and pioneering spirit. The right to work in Slovenia and the ability to commute to a Ljubljana office is essential.

The Role

The role of Operations Manager work with a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Europe and Asia Pacific responsible for monitoring global procurement and delivery of services via our Catering Management Platform.

Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth day to day running of the Operations Team and communicate and source solutions to ensure efficient business operations that can scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed by all staff
  • Manage the Operations Team effectively, including mentoring and development
  • Handle escalations and incident reports professionally and in line with company values
  • Oversee order management and quality control
  • Provide accurate reporting to leadership

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Operations space and ability to manage staff and rosters
  • An understanding of Aviation (ideally private) and Flight operations software products and services.
  • Excellent written and spoken language in English language plus one other
  • Ability to find solutions, take initiative within a Team
  • Great communication skills with a range of stakeholders
  • Motivated and able to drive Team to success
  • Understand Business needs
  • A logical and methodical thinker with ambition, attention to detail and the ability to understand the process.
