We're now building something that we believe has the potential to grow much larger and have a greater impact than anything we've done before.About the roleWe're looking for someone who can do everything – and then build a team to do it better.In the beginning, you'll be:Building and scaling websitesBuilding internal toolsBuilding analytics toolsImproving web and mobile appsImplementing software solutionsOptimizing processes in the companyOptimise paymentsAnd everything else the company will needYou'll be the person who keeps the engine running while we grow. It will be hectic, but it will also be fun and rewarding.You will be an architect of the product, but also a key figure in shaping the company's early culture and processes.As we scale, you'll transition from doing everything yourself to building and leading a team around you. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.What you'll be doingProduct & GrowthOwn the funnel: landing pages, onboarding flows, checkout, upsells, etc.Build multi-lingual pages and audience-specific landing pagesImplement user onboarding, profiles, event views, and tracking.Run A/B tests and ship changes based on numbers, not opinions.Back EndDesign & build the matching engine (incl. last-minute matching) and compatibility scoring.Create subscription/retention analytics and cohorting.Build vendor/venue availability and reservation locking to prevent double-bookings.Internal Tools & PlatformsBuild a CRM to manage all our users and their settingsBuild marketing analytics dashboards (funnel, cohorts, ROAS, LTV/CAC).Leadership & CollaborationWork shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations & Marketing.Document, automate, and hire as we grow.Mentor early hires; raise the engineering bar.You'll start doing everything.
