Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure procurement supports product innovation, cost targets, and time-to-market goals.

  • Support make-or-buy decisions and promote early supplier involvement in product development

Sustainability & Compliance

  • Integrate sustainability targets into procurement strategies, including CO₂ reduction, circularity, and responsible sourcing.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and the Danfoss Code of Conduct

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing procurement team of 18 professionals.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global manufacturing or technology company.

  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and sustainability practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with digital procurement tools and data-driven decision-making.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
