With your knowledge and experience you will contribute to sales, procurement, and logistics - from preparing documentation, communicating with customers and suppliers, to coordinating transport and finances, as well as conducting market research and expanding our portfolio.

We are looking for

a Commercialist to help our organic food reach customers around the world. The ideal candidate has a background in agroeconomics (economics, agricultural engineering, or food technology) at an operational level, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, international trade, and communication with people and institutions.

Your role

  • Selling products from our assortment
  • Managing sales operations, coordinating deliveries and payments, and resolving challenges and complaints
  • Preparing and processing import/export documentation, ensuring compliance, and communicating with freight forwarders and customs authorities
  • Entering and updating data in order management systems, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping clients informed
  • Keeping accurate records, archiving documentation, and improving procedures and software
  • Organizing local and international transport, planning and tracking deliveries, working with transport companies, monitoring costs, negotiating terms, and ensuring safety standards for organic product
  • Procuring agricultural production materials and equipment, spare parts, packaging, and maintenance supplies
  • Handling invoicing, monitoring payments and receivables, preparing reports, and communicating with insurance companies
  • Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation's values and vision

Your experiences and skills

  • Higher education in economics, agriculture, or food technology
  • Experience in international trade, sales, and/or procurement (experience in agriculture or food industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge of international regulations, customs procedures, as well as agricultural and food regulations
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German or Italian is a plus
  • Team player, ready to coordinate and collaborate daily with different departments
  • Working in a dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of responsibility and proactivity
  • Proficient in digital tools
  • Category B driver's license
