We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in the call center. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders, product exchanges, and address changes efficiently.
  • Resolve undeliverable items and handle older orders promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain information and provide accurate responses.
  • Support colleagues and assist less experienced team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer support and additional duties as instructed by superiors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and email.
  • Fluent knowledge of the Slovenian language.
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage, and knowledge of Croatian is also beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic environment.
