Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR manager to oversee various HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements.

This is a fixed-term maternity replacement contract.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, with experience managing HR processes independently in a production or manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for

• Managing day-to-day HR operational tasks related to production employees, including onboarding/offboarding, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and local labor legislation.
• Collaborating closely with production managers and external agencies to support workforce planning, retirements, resignations, and related HR activities.
• Preparing and analyzing HR reports, utilizing data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Additional responsibilities may include taking ownership of specific HR processes such as STI and ASR for hourly employees, communicating effectively with employees and managers, providing guidance and support in HR-related matters, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and leading the implementation of necessary changes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR processes independently, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and HR information systems (e.g. Success factors).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with employees and managers at different levels.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
