Life Sciences Key Account Executive

Our Life Sciences Division focuses on cleaning and disinfection for the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Industry.

We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee our Adriatic region, managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Increase Sales: Grow existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create growth strategies for corporate accounts.
• Coordinate Activities: Manage trials, program rollouts, and pricing to ensure successful execution.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify Opportunities: Proactively address challenges and prospects to drive business growth.
• Product Rollout: Strategize new product introductions to meet customer needs.
• Market Engagement: Promote products through events and seminars to increase visibility.
• Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Teamwork: Foster collaboration within Ecolab to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in key account management.
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical or similar environments.
• Skills: Strong relationship management, planning, and communication skills are essential.
• Other: Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 30%; excellent English language skills.
