Nurse Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team at Antal International Network - IME.

The Staff Nurse will provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting, according to their area of specialty. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assess and treat patient conditions in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications, apply sterile dressings, and perform phlebotomy and vital sign monitoring.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Work with medical devices and apparatus, identifying potential risks and alarms.
• Supervise and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including in-depth experience in the required specialty.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a patient-centered attitude.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Required Nationalities: Slovenia.

• Dialysis, PICU, ICU, NICU, Medical Surgical Ward, OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, ER, L&D.
