Our General Administration team is looking for a student worker to join us to support colleagues during vacation time.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our General Administration team. As a student substitute for General Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in telecommunications, car fleet management, document management, and other administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment and contribute to the success of our company.

• Telecommunications Management: Responsibilities include ordering new mobile subscriptions, handling the telecommunications portal, supporting employees with additional packages, and other related tasks.
• Car fleet administration: Support company car fleet administration, ordering fuel cards, and handling traffic penalties.
• Document management: Help organize, manage, and archive important documents.
• General administrative tasks: Perform other tasks agreed on the onboarding.
  
  

• Strong written and spoken Slovenian and English skills.
• Organized and self-driven.
• Detail-oriented.
