Product Manager

We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, preferably in Trata, Slovenia or Sofia, Bulgaria, with expertise in digital products and software platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the digital room controls product lifecycle, implement monetized services, and contribute to future software platforms. • Act as the primary point of contact for the digital room controls taking ownership of its success.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Lead the product life cycle, overseeing ideation, development, and end-of-life stages to ensure optimal performance and market relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development together with RD&E.
• Contribute to the development of the future room controls product portfolio and roadmap.
• Develop and execute strategies for digital products and monetizing software services, with a specific focus on enhancing the value proposition of digital room controls in buildings.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through innovative pricing models and service enhancements.
• Stay on top of industry trends and updates, maintaining an in-depth understanding of software applications.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on application functionalities.

• Fluent in English
