We're looking for a frontend developer to join our growing Center of Excellence for IoT Cloud solutions.
 

We are developing a world class cloud monitoring system for district energy (heating, cooling) using modern technologies like Node.js, React, Azure, Kubernetes, InfluxDB, MongoDB and Various 3rd party services. We are now looking for a strong Software developer who are strong and experienced in frontend software development with a high-quality mindset. We welcome you to our modern, dynamic, ambitious and global development team who knows how to have fun, and who fully empowers team members from Finland, Poland and Slovenia. As the team meets 2 or 3 times per year, moderate travelling is expected.

Some of the key activities will include:

• Designing and implementing new features. 
• Developing end-to-end frontend tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of our software.
• Playing a crucial role in developing software solutions at every stage of the product development life cycle.
• Collaborating with product management on the technical aspects.
• Collaborating with the team in shaping and refining software architecture designs for optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborating with sales, customers, and external stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies, and actively incorporating new advancements into our development processes.
• Engaging in code reviews to maintain code quality and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
   

You are a motivated and committed frontend developer with a collaborative and open-minded attitude and you have experience developing software in a  modern software development environment.

On top of that, you should be able to checkmark some of the points listed below:

• University degree in Computer and Information science. 
• At least 3 years of experience in frontend software development.   
• Experience in end-to-end software testing.   
• Experience in backend software development is an advantage.
• Practical experience working with cloud platforms.
• Experience with common object programming languages and web programming languages and technologies. 
• Active knowledge of English language.
• Experience in agile working methods (SCRUM) and Continuous integration principles.
