SAP HR Consultant with Slovenian
Location: Poland or Slovenia
Remote work

Responsibilities:

 ⢠Supporting clients on requests addressed to the clientâs tool:

• Current updates and monitoring applications (characteristics, description, status, priorities),

• Conducting communication through official notifications

⢠Configuration / programming:

• Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll,

• Preparing the specifications of the proposed solutions,

• Testing of implemented changes,

• Preparing technical documentation concerning the changes in accordance with the accepted standards of the company,

• Solving current (standard and custom) problems in SAP HCM,

• Implementing new functionalities based on the change request process in SAP HCM,

• Self-configuring systems in the area: OM / PA / PT / PY / Reporting / ABAP,

• Keeping the system in compliance with the labor law for a supported country ,

• Development of existing SAP HCM,

•  Development of local solutions  

• Carrying out the process of data migration

⢠Tasks related with specifications of department

• Providing consultation for internal and external client,

• Cooperation with client at the local and global level,

•  Cooperation with SAP for a supported country,

•  Acting  as a contact person for the client on issues relating to the project area,

• Compliance with the company processes and procedures

•  Supporting less experienced colleagues from the team,

•  Participation in regular team meetings,

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Skills
⢠   Language skills proficient Slovenian and English

â¢Â    2 years experience in SAP HR as Junior Consultant (ERP/ECP
⢠   good IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data Security,

⢠   persistence in striving for a goal,
⢠   teamwork orientation,
